1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 8–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service performance.


3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted and reliable national courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India.
Tracking information is provided for every order to keep you updated at every step.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee may apply (displayed during checkout).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be shown before you confirm your order.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we always strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions
  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer

LeBony will not be responsible for such delays but will help track and resolve the issue promptly.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the outer package and product.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll investigate with the courier and either resend or refund your order.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within India.
International shipping options will be added soon as we expand our services.
