Our cancellation policy is designed to make your experience smooth and hassle-free.


1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped yet.
  • To cancel, simply email us at support@lebony.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll process the cancellation and refund your amount within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you still wish to return the product after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Certain special or customized items cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  • This includes limited-edition products, engraved items, or bracelets made to specific wrist sizes.

4. Refund Timeline

  • For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Order Modification

If you wish to modify your order (for example, change color, size, or address), please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, modification requests cannot be processed.
