If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help!
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- You received a wrong product that doesn’t match your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags.
2. How to Request a Return
To start the return process, please email us at support@lebony.in with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damaged or wrong item
Once verified, our support team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be:
- Processed within 5–7 business days, and
- Credited to your original payment method (depending on your bank/payment provider).
If your refund is delayed beyond 7 working days, please contact us at support@lebony.in for assistance.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Worn or used bracelets
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned without original packaging
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Shipping Costs
In the case of a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For other reasons, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
